Old Favorites & New Classics
A refreshed menu for 2014 awaits you at One Lincoln.
One Lincoln, the signature restaurant of the Historic Gettysburg Hotel, located in the heart of Downtown Gettysburg, PA is proud to announce its refreshed menu for 2014. Guests dining at One Lincoln will recognize and enjoy many of the historic menu selections that made their debut on the inaugural menu and the assortment of new options added to provide a richer and more diverse selection for One Lincoln restaurant patrons.
During the menu review process, Our Executive Chef remained mindful of the feedback provided by guests of One Lincoln. Our Executive Chef states, “As we began the selection process for our new menu items, my first priority was to keep in mind our guest comments, their suggestions and their special requests since opening.”
The restaurant team under the guidance of Our Executive Chef is thrilled to continue offering favorites such as the crab stuffed scallops, crab mac & cheese, pot pie as well as Holmes’ interpretation of President Lincoln’s favorite dish – chicken fricassee, also known as chicken and biscuits.
New and noteworthy additions to the One Lincoln menu include fine cuts of game and fowl such as coriander crusted domestic lamb rack, a seared breast of duck, a rib chop of veal, beef tenderloin and pheasant. “Each dish is accompanied by delicious sides” Holmes reminds us. In addition, fun and light fare in the form of a surf and turf pita fajita and the classic franks and beans have been added to ensure the menu satisfies a wide range of patrons – both by age and by pallete.
One Lincoln is open daily between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight on Lincoln Square in Gettysburg. Reservations are not necessary but are recommended. Our Executive Chef and his team are eager to serve and delight you with their out of this world menu found right downtown in the heart of Gettysburg. We’ll see you soon, here at One Lincoln Food & Spirits.
