Our One Lincoln Executive Chef and the culinary team at this innovative Gettysburg restaurant are thrilled to announce menu updates launched during the third week of February.
The changes reflect the feedback garnered over time from patrons and the seasonal aspects inherent in the fresh ingredients available.
Not overlooking an opportunity to make morning service even better, new breakfast items have been introduced that include a frittata, smoked salmon benedict and a bruleed citrus & sausage dish with bacon gravy. For dinner, signature dishes that have been a restaurant staple since opening have been used to create “The One Lincoln” entree. It’s a four course dinner option that brings together all the local favorites to create a single scrumptious culinary experience. Other well-received changes to the menu include the addition of pasta selections to both lunch and dinner experiences.
