Let us help you “wow” your friends with this tasty BBQ sauce, perfect for ribs, chops, chicken, and salmon. With just the right blend of sweetness and heat, you’ll find your guests licking their fingers and asking for more!
Kelly’s BBQ Sauce
- 1 C Diced Pineapple
- 1 C Diced Mango
- 1 C Orange Juice
- ½ C Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 C Ketchup
- ½ Tsp Coarse Black Pepper
Instructions:
1. Cook Pineapple, Mango, Orange Juice and Brown Sugar until the fruit is soft. Use a potato masher to reduce fruit to the desired size.
2. In a separate bowl, mix Lemon Juice, Worcestershire Sauce, Ketchup and Black Pepper. Add fruit to mixture and heat through.
3. Use as a marinade or sauce on your favorite meat or vegetable. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
